Fitting Consultation Policy

We offer a complimentary consultation of up to 20 minutes to assess your garment and provide an estimate. Most everyday garment consultations can be completed within this time.

Bridal, formalwear, and more detailed fittings may require additional time. Consultations that extend beyond 20 minutes, or involve detailed fitting, pinning, or design adjustments, will incur a $40 consultation fee.

If you choose not to move forward with alterations after an extended consultation, the $40 fee will apply.

If you decide to proceed with alterations during your visit, the consultation fee will be waived and applied toward your service.
