Pricing & Policy
Each garment is unique, so pricing is based on the time, skill, and complexity required for the alteration, not the price of the garment itself. Some garments require only simple adjustments, while others may involve multiple layers, delicate fabrics, or structural changes. Because of this, final pricing is determined after evaluating the garment during your fitting or consultation. We are happy to provide an estimate once we see the garment and discuss the desired alterations.

Garment Condition
Garments must be clean prior to alterations. We cannot work on garments that require cleaning.
Previously Altered Garments
Garments that have been previously altered by another tailor may require additional work and may have limitations. While we will do our best to achieve the desired result, we cannot guarantee restoration to the garment’s original condition.
Garment Risk Disclaimer
While every effort is made to handle garments with care, some fabrics, materials, and previously altered garments carry inherent risks.

Class Cancellation Policy
Registration & Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your spot in the class. Due to the small class size, spaces are limited and fill quickly.
Cancellation by Student/Parent
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible.
14 days or more before the first class: Full refund minus processing fee of 10%
Less than 14 days before the first class: No refund, but studio credit may be issued if we are able to fill the spot.
After the session has started: No refunds or credits.
Missed Classes
Because each class builds on the previous lesson and space is limited, make-up classes are not guaranteed for missed sessions.
Studio Cancellation
If the studio must cancel a class due to illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or a make-up class may be scheduled.
