Summer Sewing Camp (June 2026)
Our Summer Sewing Camp is designed for kids ages 9–15 who love to create with their hands. In this small-group, boutique studio setting, students will learn foundational sewing skills while completing a wearable project from start to finish.
Throughout the week, students will build creativity, patience, and confidence as they learn both hand stitching and machine sewing in a supportive and inspiring environment.

When: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

June 8–12
June 15–19
Duration: 3 hours per day (5-day camp)
Age: 8–15
Price: $340 per week
Early Bird: $290 per week (register by April 3rd!)
Class Size: Maximum 4 students
Skill Level: Beginner Friendly
Supplies
All fabric, thread, sewing machines, and tools are provided. Students are welcome to bring their own fabric if they prefer. The camp fee remains the same.
Just bring curiosity and creativity!
What Students Will Learn
Basic sewing terminology and techniques
How to properly thread and use a sewing machine
Simple machine stitching and seam finishes
Basic hand-sewing skills
Measuring, cutting, and working with fabric
How to follow a simple pattern
How to complete a project from start to finish
How to insert and work with elastic bands
What to Bring:
Water bottle
Simple nut-free snack
Main Project: Pajama Shorts
Students will create their own custom pajama shorts from start to finish.
They will learn how to:
Measure and cut fabric
Sew and assemble garment pieces
Create an elastic waistband
Construct a comfortable, wearable piece they can take home and enjoy
Additional Information
Camps are limited to only 4 students to ensure personalized instruction.
Each student will have their own sewing machine provided by the studio.
Our tailoring and alteration services will be closed during camp hours so we can focus fully on teaching students.
Projects will be adjusted based on age and skill level to ensure every student feels successful and confident.
